In the Province of Herat Western Afghanistan, the Taliban claimed that they had killed alleged human kidnappers. However, some local sources have revealed that the victims of the incident were former army officers assigned to 207 Zafar corps from the Afghan National Army, according to local reports. After the murder of the person, the Taliban announced that they had killed a kidnapper in Herat Province.

Two weeks ago, five family members were beheaded by unknown intruders in the Anjil region in Herat Province. Taliban Provincial officials in Herat said victims were a man, a woman, and three children, according to Khaama Press. Health officials at the Provincial Hospital claimed that girls were four years old, six and eight, the woman was twenty, and the man killed was the elderly. The reason the incident was unknown. Also, two young girls in the Sholgara district in the North Balkh Province were killed by an unknown shooter.

Because the Taliban took control of Afghanistan in August last year, the legal and order situation had deteriorated in the country. Although Taliban leader Hibatullah Ahkundzada stated national amnesty after the previous administrative fall, there were several examples of arbitrary detention,

targeted execution, and attacks on former government personnel and Afghan soldiers. Former army personnel, government officials, and those who have collaborated with foreign allies have been killed or imprisoned, and the Taliban are not responsible and have closed files on the killings carried out by unknown shooters, according to local media.Meanwhile, reports of the United Nations World Happiness showed that Afghanistan was the most unhappy country in the world of 149. This study was published on Saturday, ahead of International Happiness Day on Sunday, March 20.

However, the Taliban political system and the arrest of power in Afghanistan is not the only reason for the most happy country in the world, because the world happiness report creates a report based on data from the previous three years and the Taliban took control of Afghanistan last year.
